Do you want to
stop smoking Weed the easy way or the hard way?
The easy way of
course, but what's the difference?
I tried quitting
Weed the hard way for almost a year, I tried and failed loads of times and
thought that I was just supposed to be a smoker. Of coarse I know better now,
the hard way didn't work and once I learned how to stop smoking Weed it was
pretty easy. The saying 'it's easy when you know how' is so true.
So what is the
easy way?
The easy way
involves following instructions explained by an expert in helping people quit
Weed. Too many people don't know how to quit smoking Weed and wonder why they
are having trouble. It's because there's a lot of useless information out
there. There are certain steps to take and things you must know but without
this people struggle. Knowledge is key.
Having a
Specific Goal is Essential
If you don't
clearly decide what your desired outcome is then how would you know when you
get there? Not having a goal is like getting in your car without a destination,
you will just be driving around getting nowhere. Your goal (if I'm not
mistaken) is to stops smoking Weed, this isn't something you want to do, this
is something your going to do.
Set a Date
You have to have
a quitting Weed date, there's no point of repeatedly saying to yourself 'I'm
going to stop smoking Weed.' When? next week? Next year? If you say 'I am going
to stop smoking Weed on Thursday'
then you have a specific goal on a specific date. If you don't have a date then
you won't quit but will continue wanting to quit. You will stop smoking Weed
when you say 'enough, I'm quitting Weed next Thursday.' Do you see the
difference?
Be Specific
Decide for
yourself, why you want to stop smoking Weed. Do you want freedom, confidence or
to use the extra money to spend on better things? Are you quitting so that you
can have better relationships with the people around you or because you don't
enjoy smoking Weed anymore and think that it's pointless to keep smoking.
So now you
should have your goal, a date and your reasons to quit.
